(iv) Defending the firm's interests in judicial or administrative proceedings;

(v) Sending electronic communications to anyone who maintains or has maintained a business relationship with the firm, always with the option to cancel (opt-out);

8. Rights of Data Subjects

In accordance with Article 18 of the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), holders of personal data processed by the firm have the right to: confirm the existence of the processing and access their data; request the correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data; request the anonymization, blocking, or deletion of data processed in violation of the law; obtain information about data sharing; request portability to another service provider; and revoke previously given consent, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing carried out before the revocation.
