R&D Governance
The firm's Inclusion and Diversity initiatives are coordinated by our R&D Council, led by Managing Partner Andréa Chagas, and the Human Resources department. The Council defines priorities, monitors progress, and ensures that R&D principles are incorporated into the firm's decisions.
Inclusion Networks
The firm maintains internal inclusion networks focused on employee engagement, strengthening bonds, and developing underrepresented talent. Each network is led by a leader who acts as a promoter of the R&D mission in the firm's daily operations.
