Having completed the Leadership Program at Harvard Business School and IBMEC, Andréa holds a Master's degree in Team Management and Leadership from the European Business School of Barcelona, bringing a modern, results-oriented executive vision to the legal profession. Her work is strategic in managing people and complex processes, ensuring that the firm's technical deliverables are aligned with the agility and efficiency demanded by the corporate market.

A specialist in Civil Procedural Law from PUC and with further training in Contracts and Civil Liability from FGV Direito Rio, Andréa ensures that business acumen and legal security go hand in hand in protecting our clients' interests. Her leadership is guided by governance and strategic planning in high-scale sectors such as Banking and Telecommunications, where risk prevention and contractual structuring are fundamental pillars for the sustainability of operations.
